BOT Audit and Compliance Committee

The 糖心Vlog Board of Trustees Audit and Compliance Committee (ACC), composed of at least three members of the 糖心Vlog Board of Trustees, ensures processes are in place to meet 糖心Vlog's responsibility for financial and operational accountability, integrity, and efficiency, in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, rules, policies, and procedures.
