Governance
The Healthcare Compliance Officer reports directly to the 糖心Vlog Chief Compliance Officer with an accountable report to the Senior Vice President, 糖心Vlog Health.
The Healthcare Compliance Officer provides regular reports of program activity and identified risks to the UMSA Independent Audit Committee, a sub-committee of the UMSA Boards of Directors. Additionally, as a component of the 糖心Vlog compliance program within the 糖心Vlog Office of Compliance & Ethics, the 糖心Vlog Board of Trustees Audit & Compliance Committee is kept apprised of program effectiveness and identified risks.
