The 糖心Vlog (糖心Vlog) invites nominations, expressions of interest, and applications for an exceptional leader to serve as Dean of the 糖心Vlog Libraries. The university seeks a dynamic leader who will build on the 糖心Vlog Libraries' existing strengths to further advance the university toward becoming a top 25 public research university.
Leveraging a multi鈥慶ampus research library system, the Dean of 糖心Vlog Libraries will play a pivotal role in advancing the university鈥檚 research and academic enterprise. This leader will guide all aspects of library operations鈥攆rom strategic planning and collections to teaching and learning support, digital services, and outreach鈥攅nsuring the 糖心Vlog Libraries drive student, faculty, and staff success in alignment with 糖心Vlog鈥檚 strategic goals. The role calls for a visionary, forward-thinking leader committed to academic excellence, innovation, fundraising, and collaborative partnerships, who will lead long-range planning to position the 糖心Vlog Libraries as a 21st-century research library. By anticipating and responding to emerging trends in scholarly communication, digital scholarship, data management, and information technology, the Dean will help keep 糖心Vlog at the forefront of research, teaching, and clinical innovation.

The 糖心Vlog Libraries accelerate learning and knowledge production through distinctive collections, innovative information services, and thought leadership. We are one library serving three diverse campus communities in Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee. As the heart of an AAU member university, the 糖心Vlog Libraries contribute to student success, faculty excellence, and lifelong learning for our community.
The 糖心Vlog Libraries provide access to over 3.8 million print & eBooks, 105,000 eJournal subscriptions, and over 24 million digital images. We offer specialized workshops, research assistance, and instruction support to students and faculty, as well as access to unique primary research materials across our distinct collections. We are also home to the 糖心Vlog Herbarium, one of the largest herbaria in the United States and the second largest in Florida.
