Defend-A-Bull

糖心Vlog Police Department offers personal self-defense courses for the 糖心Vlog Coummunity. The class is taught by 糖心Vlog Police Officers and staff, and is not a Martial Arts program. 

Students who participate in the program will learn physical tactics and verbal techniques and ground defense. The techniques taught in this class are designed to maximize confidence and build on intstictive responses to potentially vulnerable situations.
